By engaging PC Entertainment Company for your event, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Release of Liability: PC Entertainment, including its employees and subcontractors, is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during or as a result of our services at your event. This includes, but is not limited to, incidents related to equipment setup, operation, or interactions with event attendees. Clients assume full responsibility for ensuring a safe environment for all participants.

  2. Assumption of Risk: Clients acknowledge that certain event activities carry inherent risks. By participating in or allowing these activities, clients voluntarily assume all associated risks and agree not to hold PC Entertainment liable for any resulting harm.

  3. Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless PC Entertainment from any claims, actions, or liabilities arising from the event, including those due to the actions or negligence of event attendees.

  4. Media Release: In accordance with California Civil Code Section 3344

    PC Entertainment may capture photographs and videos during your event for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to have your event featured, please provide written notice prior to the event date.

  5. Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel services without penalty by providing written notice at least 14 days before the event. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  6. Force Majeure: PC Entertainment is not responsible for non-performance due to causes beyond its control, such as natural disasters, acts of government, or other emergencies.
